Grilled Ginger Chicken Wings
Make Grilled Ginger Chicken Wings as mild or hot as you wish. This chicken recipe makes enough to serve as a main dish for two people or as an appetizer course for four to six people.
2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons light brown sugar (I usually add a bit more.)
3 tablespoons fresh gingerroot, grated
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 Put chicken wings in a large bowl or ziplock bag with soy sauce, salt, brown sugar, ginger, garlic and paprika, mix well.
2 Cover wings and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or over night.
3 Cook chicken wings on low heat grill until golden brown & skin is crispy. (About 15 minutes).
4 Serve hot or warm.
